Pardon My French

I may wear a lot of bright colors, but I really do love wearing classic blacks and grays too (even if it doesn't quite seem like it). I do try to keep my outfits from being too monochromatic though, so I tend to mix them in with other neutrals for some contrast.

For a little more attitude in this outfit, I wore studded flats from Pink and Pepper and this awesome lasercut necklace from Vinca (handmade in Austin, TX!).

And FYI, you can win one too in the very next post (so stay tuned!).

Black "Hinder" studded Mary-Jane flats (c/o Pink and Pepper)

Outfit Details:
Black dotted Peter Pan collar chiffon dress (thrifted; John Galt)
Gray tights (Forever 21)
Black studded strappy pointy-toe Mary-Jane flats (c/o Pink and Pepper // available in nude at Macy's)
Taupe colorblock satchel (c/o Melie Bianco)
Black wide brim cloche hat (Forever 21)
Acrylic "Je m'en fous" necklace (c/o Vinca)

"Je m'en fous" is slang for "I don't care" in French (or "I don't give a f*ck, haha). I picked it out because I liked the juxtaposition of the fancy script design and the humorous nonchalance behind the phrase.

Vinca's shop is filled with all kinds of cute and clever jewelry, so don't forget to check them out online--especially if you like foxes, diamonds, or unicorns. And if you like my necklace, check back for the next post because I'll be giving one away!
