On our way to MAGIC, we made a pit stop to the little ghost town of Calico. I've always wanted to visit Calico and was excited to explore it a bit. It's completely touristy, but it's fun walking around all the little western buildings--it looks like an old, western movie set. We had some free time to walk around and take photos, and even had lunch with the lovely people from Advanstar and RueLaLa at Calico House Restaurant.

We did quick individual blogger shoots around the town (thanks, Kelsi!). These were actually taken right behind the place we had lunch.

I wore the linen Snoozer Loser romper I got from Emerging Thoughts earlier this summer. It seemed appropriate for the setting, and linen was a great choice for the weather because it was so hot and dry outside (please excuse the wrinkles--we had been on our RueLaLa bus for a few hours).

I'm sad I didn't have time to visit the cemetery (I like visiting old historical ones). Next time I go to Vegas, I want to stop by again and stay a little longer (but only if it's cooler outside!).

Have a wonderful weekend!
