First Annual TwoPointOhLA Snowball

Clarrisa, Natalie, me, Shandra, & Tritia getting our Christmas on in the Snowball Photobooth

This was the one event I was looking forward to the most this year!

The event.

I haven't had the chance to dress up lately...you know, like dress up-dress up. Fancy-ish. Not since prom anyway. That's why I was especially excited for the Two Point Oh LA Snowball.

The Snowball is an annual charity event, and thanks to proceeds from the ticket sales and raffle, as well as generous donations, Two Point Oh LA raised $1000 for the Downtown Women's Center! Amazing.

Shandra, Clarrisa & Tritia getting ready

I invited my sister (Tritia), her best friend (Shandra), and my best friend (Clarrisa) for a girlie BFF day of sorts. We got ready at our house (hair! makeup! prom-like photos!) before heading to the Penthouse Ballroom at the Pacific Electric Lofts in downtown Los Angeles.

When we got there, we met up with one of my blogging besties, Natalie, and her boyfriend, Michael, and decided to check out all the awesome food and activities that were going on.

Here's our night, in photos! Enjoy.

Arrival!

Me & Clarrisa enjoying our black raspberry Chambord vodka cocktails (yummy!)

Shandra, Natalie, and me getting colored hair extensions in Bren's awesome So Much Pretty Beauty Lounge

They even had makeup consultations, a nail bar where you could try O.P.I.'s newest shades, and a limited gift bag featuring handbags by Vans Girls, a straightener from Sultra, and lots of beauty goodies from Stila, OPI, China Glaze and more!

Shandra, Tritia & Clarrisa making headbands in the Be Vainglorious or DIYtrying lounge sponsored by Forever 21

Shandra enjoying her red velvet cupcake provided by My Delight Cupcakery (SO GOOD! Their red velvet was delicious--one of the best I've had for sure)

The girls showing off their new headbands and raffle winnings from Rocketdog, Vans Girls, and Forever 21

Shandra hit the jackpot with her raffle ticket. Not only did she win that beautiful, oversized bag from Forever 21, but it was FILLED with tons of other stuff too! She got makeup, makeup brushes, accessories, tops, pajama bottoms, and lots more. Lucky.

Me (newly outfitted in purple hair extensions and a handmade headband) and Crystal of Watermoolen

Snowball goodie bag featuring an exclusive Tminx messenger bag, a jacket from XCVI, makeup from Stila and Jane, OPI nail polish, sunglasses from ModCloth, and more

We ended the night at Saugus Cafe and stuffed our faces with grilled cheese sandwiches and chili

Overall, everyone had a LOT of fun (and brought home lots of neat things!). It was nice to see people all dressed up. And even though our feet were in pain by the end of the night, it was so worth it. I absolutely cannot wait for next year's Snowball (and you should totally come too)!

Stay tuned for my outfit post! :)

Oooh, awesome! It's so fun getting dressed up -- and we have so few occasions to do it outside of high school/college. Love all the goodies, too!
