And when the words run out, the quiet's just as loud

October has been quite eventful! Not only is it LA fashion week and a bunch of my friends' birthdays, but my friend Nixia just had her baby boy, Andrew Alexander on the 9th! I'm insanely happy for her. Isn't he adorable?

Andrew Alexander, born October 9th

I went to her carnival themed baby shower in Palm Springs last month and made her baby boy onesies with ties and matching hair bows for her to wear.

tie onesies and matching hair bows for my friend Nixia

A huge congrats to her and her fiance, Chris! They're all so cute together and I can't wait to make them awesomely adorable matchy-matchy things for Christmas.

You'll see.

Me and Clarrisa

That day was also my best friend, Clarrisa's birthday! I gave her a present (a cute dress and fedora) and went out to dinner with her family and Macky, one of her closest friends.

I got her cupcakes from Kupcake Kitchen. They have THE BEST cupcakes I've tasted so far. The cake's really moist and fluffy, and the frosting is light and not too sweet. If you're ever in the Santa Clarita valley, you must try the champagne cupcake! It's my favorite. :)

Next on my to-do list:
  • Carve a pumpkin
  • Figure out Halloween plans (if any! :P)
  • Decide what to be for Halloween. I'm leaning towards a pink-haired Marie Antoinette. Ahhh, I'll see.

and you made those baby shirts and bows?! you are too much! i love that!!!!!!!

i was a blonde marie Antoinette last year w a black and red costume that FELL APART because of the horrible construction. I was safety pinned all the way down the seams. disastrous! i bought it from a legit store too! dumb.

i think a pink pretty Antoinette will be great though! im sure youll have an amazing costume!
